These inventions impacted war in many ways, and one of them was the ground. Before cannons, there weren't any hole making weapons but when cannons came along the ground started getting big holes in it. When you fire a cannon ball and it hits the earth, it will explode, and when it explodes it will make a very big hole that will cause many things.

Confucianism is a way of life taught by Confucius in the 6th-5th century BC. Sometimes viewed as a philosophy, sometimes as a religion, Confucianism is perhaps best understood as an all-encompassing humanism that neither denies nor slights Heaven. Confucianism has been followed by the Chinese for more than two millennia. (This site helped me with some of my Inquiry questions)
