Las teorías constructivistas han resultado ser un marco interesante para diseñar programas de desarrollo de competencias laborales. En esta obra se repasan brevemente los conceptos teóricos sobre la competencia laboral desde la perspectiva de los principios constructivistas y se ofrecen al lector estrategias didácticas y recursos sencillos y prácticos para desarrollar programas de formación de competencias.

Esta obra está redactada con el objetivo de explicar y aclarar qué es una competencia, qué es la competencia laboral, cómo se evalúa y cómo se desarrolla.

Author: European University Association Year: 2011 Abstract: The Trends 2010 report - A decade of change in European Higher Education (the sixth in the series) was published in March in 2010, the year of the official launch of the European Higher Education Area. Based on the qualitative information and quantitative analysis of longitudinal data from higher education institutions across the 46 countries of the European Higher Education Area, it has the following objectives: to provide an overview of progress towards the European Higher Education area from 2007 to 2010, to assess the achievements and impact of the Bologna process over the past decade from a university perspective, to analyse the impact of globalisation and international trends on European higher education in the past; and to set an agenda of priority actions for the next decade building on the achievements of the last. The findings and conclusions of the Trends 2010 report will make a direct contribution to the discussion on the achievements of the past decade of Bologna Process, of the challenges ahead and of the priorities to be set for the future.

The study contributes to the on-going policy dialogue between the US Department of Education and the European Commission, DG Education and Culture on the future strategic direction of education and training systems. More specifically, the study explores approaches adopted to make education and training systems more responsive to emerging skills needs to match future demands in more globalised labour markets. Through exploratory interviews with a range of stakeholders and through a limited number of illustrative case studies, the study has identified a number of promising practices emerging on both sides of the Atlantic, An inventory of European practices of forecasting and anticipation of emerging skills was prepared as part of the study.

Ana, Este referente es genial. A los profesores de informática les puede interesar, pero además para nuestro proyecto puede ser muy útil (interesante el planteamineto, la estructura, los referentes, etc..). Creo que deberíamos investigar el Tunnig en el ámbito de la Ciencias sociales y las guias de evaluación de competencias de l'AQU también en las ciencias sociales. Bona troballa!!! Nati
