The game machine | What2Learn - 0 views

  •
On the What2Learn Game Machine you can select from sixteen game templates to use as the framework for your game. You can play a sample game representative of each template before you begin building your game. Once you've chosen a template all that you have to do is input the questions or prompts you want to use and the correct responses. What2Learn does review each game for content before it is live on the site. The review process can take 24 hours. If you don't want to wait for your game to be reviewed you can purchase a premium What2Learn Game Machine account.

FlipQuiz | Gameshow-style Quiz Boards for Educators - 0 views

  •
FlipQuiz™ was created to provide educators with a quick way to create gameshow-style boards for test reviews in the classroom. Traditionally, these are created (tediously) using posterboard, chalkboards, or dry-erase markers on an overhead slide. The review questions are usually even written on a separate sheet of paper. With FlipQuiz™, questions are displayed on-screen and boards are saved for later use. Combined with a well-designed board, students are more likely to be interested and stay engaged with an otherwise disjunct test review process.

Jeopardy Rocks - Create a Review Game Online - 0 views

  •
"Jeopardy Rocks is a platform for building Jeopardy-style review games. I reviewed the service around this time last year. Just in time for the new school year Jeopardy Rocks released a couple of new features. You can now create an account on Jeopardy Rocks to save your games for later editing and re-use. You can also now save multiple games in your account. The previous version of Jeopardy Rocks did not have an account option."

Digital Public Library of America - Primary sources from US libraries & museums - 0 views

  •
"Digital Public Library of America (DPLA) Primary Source Sets are designed to help students develop critical thinking skills by exploring topics in history, literature, and culture through primary sources. Drawing online materials from libraries, archives, and museums across the United States, the sets use letters, photographs, posters, oral histories, video clips, sheet music, and more. Each set includes a topic overview, ten to fifteen primary sources, links to related resources, and a teaching guide. These sets were created and reviewed by the teachers on the DPLA's Education Advisory Committee. Read about our education projects and contact us with feedback at education@dp.la."
