In this project, we're creating and disseminating "SmartGraphs," digital objects that "know" about themselves and that provide scaffolding to students to help them learn about graphs and the concepts graphs convey, in mathematics, science and other subjects.

Snapverter is a good application that allows you to convert classroom papers, images and pother teaching materials into Google Drive friendly files. 'Snapverter is an add-on for Read&Write for Google that converts printed documents and inaccessible digital files into readable PDF files for easy sharing and reading aloud in Google Drive.' Using OCR technology, Snapverter is able to recognize text from worksheets, handouts, book pages, and other printed materials.

Google Drive is one of the fundamental tools in our digital toolkits as teachers and educators. Whether you want to compose a document, create a presentation, design a sheet, or share a beautiful drawing you made, Google Drive provides you with the tools to do that on any device and anywhere you are with an internet connection .

Parapara Animation is a free animation creation tool developed and hosted by Mozilla. The tool is easy to use and it does not require registration in order to use it. To get started simply visit the Parapara Animation website, select a digital crayon, then start drawing. Click the large "+" icon in the top of the screen to add a new frame to your animation. You can playback your frames at any time in the creation process. When you're done making your animation it will be assigned a unique URL that can be shared via email. A QR code for your animation will also be generated for you.

ForAllRubrics is another cool web tool for easily creating rubrics, checklists, and badges. The site provides a wide variety of interesting features for teachers including: the ability to score across different mobile devices, issue digital badges with evidence, view the status of your whole class at a glance, access assessment results on ForAllRubrics website, one click sharing of assessment results by email with students and parents and many more.
