This is a WebQuest created by my peer for geometry students. This WebQuest involves the investigation of three-dimensional shapes. The students get to research geometric shapes and how they are seen in the "real world". This WebQuest can also be used to aid in surface area and volume calculation practice

The site provides a bibliography of sources, and an explanation of the categories listed on the search page. Some of the areas of mathematics that can be searched are geometry, algebra, probability and statistics. Another category included is types of thinking which includes reasoning, process, and puzzle problems.
