    Non-commercial TTS systems and components compatible with MBROLA : This is a collection of publicly available TTS tools and systems (or pointers to sites where these tools are available) interfaced with MBROLA. The quality and size of these tools is very variable. Note that those tools must be connected to the MBROLA speech synthesizer to actually get an audio output.
