I found this video that explains how the internet works. Very good stuff for a computer class or anytime someone says the internet is a little slow.  I understand it somewhat, but it still hurts my head to think about it.

It's a new way of blogging that lets all your Internet friends participate. You can use Storify to capture a momentous event online, or you can ask a question and curate the best answers. which bills itself as a "free online grammar checker, proofreader, and more." It really is free, though on their "pricing" tab, they reserve the right to start a premium service at some point in the future. I haven't actually used it, but would be curious what folks on this list who try it think of its features.
