A twist on the 'flipped' classroom.  Ask/answer questions with text and video - very interesting!

This is a great student response system that can be used for on-the-go polling for students.  Students can also draw/text about a supplied image as well as free draw.  Works on iPad, SmartPhone, laptop, etc.

From a fellow Tech Mentor:  It's a great resource for creating tests, quizzes, and worksheets. I really like that you can save it as a google doc. It will import it directly into your account (provided you've allowed it to do so). I used it on the iPad and it went straight to my google drive app with no problems. This would be great for teachers to upload it directly to their sites, have students collaborate with it on iPads, etc. I love it, only drawback for me, it's for 4-8th grade (insert a few tears)!   I'll definitely be forwarding this on to our teachers.

This is a very interesting article about using technology to provide additional instruction as well as looking at possibly flipping the classroom structure. The article shares both pros and cons of Khan Academy and not associated with a school district.
