It could be difficult - especially for new users who are not accustomed with shortcuts - to realize simple actions like delete or copy a file/folder.     Problem: VNC or Teamviewer can't start because no monitor is connected to Ubuntu. Solution: Installing a dummy video device to Xserver by following the instruction in this post.
