It may include a women grant for skill development training. It may come as an education grant for a financially incapable student. This looks like a great program. The winners from last year are doing some pretty incredible things. I'm sure it is quite competitive. I think a combination of community service with academic involvement would be a potential winner here. The question is...do we have any ideas ambitious enough to be noticed? Maybe approach Mr. James about developing more multimedia into his student's oral history report where the interview individuals from the community?

The free grants are fro organisations and public societies which keep a check in improvement of some sections of society. These are not really free grants as there is a particular amount that has to be returned to the government.
