The Punjab and Haryana High Court has cancelled the UT administration's regulations that made it mandatory for MBBS aspirants to clear class 12 from a Chandigarh school. The eligibility rule was even applicable to bona fide candidates who were hoping to secure admission in the 77 reserved seats for the city pool at the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in Sector 32.
Patna: The state government in Bihar on Saturday decided that the qualifying marks for SC/ST medical aspirants in government medical colleges across the state should be reduced to 32 per cent, and thus reducing the medical cut off for SC ST reserved seats further.
