All the invoices, receipts, documents and files that are created in the financial interaction between the company and its customers, other companies, banks and so on are bookkeeping material and the whole bookkeeping process are made according to these documents.

As a professional more on the humanistic side of the life and working mostly with people who are passionate about their job I´ve always wondered what the people who have studied in the business schools actually do in their work life.

I work as a freelancer and am self- employed keeping my own records on bookkeeping. I don't have accountant. I used to write all my bills and receipts one by one with a text editor and keep the archives of the documents in the directory of my own computer.

How to get the incomes and the expenses to be in balance is the eternal issue with the money and funding the everyday life. The spending should be in some relation to the money earned, but sometimes the demand of life itself requires more finances than there are incomes.
