Iraqi Dinar 123 News:- The experts suggested government of Iraq to trade in the local currency instead of US dollars or in any other currency of the world. The adoption of local currency in the commercial transactions will enhance the economy of Iraq. Last year Iraq and India were agreed on the trade with local currencies.

Finance committee of Iraq decided to pay special attention to the trade and agriculture by proving wheat and pesticides for agriculture purpose. Iraq wants to be self-sufficient in wheat and barley in the near future. Therefore it is paying special attention towards both of these crops.

Despite of recent poor law and order situation and low overall government revenues for the last 8 months, Iraqi dinar remained stable in the international market. The governor of central bank of Iraq said that it is all due to cash reserves and gold reserves available at central bank of Iraq.

Because of this the laboratories and factories are facing shortage of necessary raw material to fulfill the market demand. Mass Hakim warned government of Iraq for the delay in annual budget. He said in his statement that Iraq need not to wait for the formation of new parliament for approval of annual budget of Iraq. They need to approve budget and not wait more because things are becoming worst with every passing day in the country.

The new members of the parliament failed to manage the legislative acts the way they should have. The Baghdad Provincial Council was asked to bring forward the General Budget Law and to have it dispersed to the regarding institutes before the end of the fiscal year.

Both of the regions decided to enhance the oil trade in the region. Some new contracts are also signed by Kurdistan with Turkey to expand the oil contracts of Kurdistan with Turkey. The volume of oil trader will also be increased as a result of this new contract.

There are numbers of companies that are operating on different projects in the country. These projects require funds on frequent basis and some of them require these funds on daily basis. Delay in annual budget seriously damaged these projects in Iraq. Foreign companies are running these projects in the country that are not satisfied with unnecessary delay of the budget.

Iraq could not fulfill three key vacancies of that require keeping the country on right track. Two of them are most important and need to be settled as soon as possible. The vacancy of prime minister and speaker of the house are still waiting for appropriate person for these seats.
