The stock market regain after their initial loses. The BSE Sensex is up 55.40 points to 26480.20 and NSE Nifty up 9.50 points to 7992.20. HDFC, L&T and Sun Pharma gained more than 1 percent. ICICI Bank, Reliance Industries, Tata Motors, ONGC, and ITC gained average. However, TCS, Cipla, NTPC, Coal India and Bajaj Auto fell 0.4-1 Percent.

MCX Aug Crude oil; as pressure build on upside mcx commodity crude oil prices have extended the gains by violating its falling trend-line resistance at 3077 and ended at 3148 levels, up by 2.10% on d-o-d basis. This progress signifies that the uptrend has intact and is likely to extend the gains towards 3210 & 3267 on intraday levels.

The FOMC responded on Tuesday when it attached a time frame to its federal funds target for the first time, calling for exceptionally low levels at least through mid-2013. Treasury yields did not spike following the S&P downgrade, and then surged to record lows on Tuesday (10-year 2.03%) after the FOMC made monetary policy more accommodative for a longer-than-expected period.

The stock market ends with bulls eye target and closed on two weeks high, Sensex ended up 401.91 points at 27507.30 and Nifty ended up 133.75 points at 8325.25. Vedanta and SBI were up over 5 percent while Tata motors, Hero and Tata Steel were other gainers. Among the losers were ITC, Wipro, HUL and Bharti Airtel.
