Native New York Interior Designer Frances Herrera founded Interiors by Francesca, LLC in 2002, following her background as a graduate of the Fashion Institue of Technology. Looking through Herrara’s portfolios, it’s clear that her design principles of “affordable luxury” and “understated sophistication” are at the forefront of her designs. It’s not hard to believe that this Forest Hills apartment was a complete renovation considering Herrera’s impeccable taste. Following her client’s wishes, this pre-war apartment’s cracked walls and dated rooms became the classic and timeless space we see today.
