Reply to everyone If you can reply to everyone who engages with you on social media, you're doing better than 75 percent of brands on social media. Some reports, like this one from Sprout Social, have found that five in six messages that need responses are not answered by brands. The inverse, of course, is that only one in six messages get an answer-that's just 17 percent!

Twitter is one of the most powerful social media platforms for blog promotion and marketing, only if you know how to use it right. In my early days on Twitter, I didn't know how to use Twitter effectively. I didn't even know that I can promote my blog posts on Twitter and get huge traffic on them. How dumb was I that time? *facepalm*
