With the group of ministers headed by Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar assenting to the Educational Tribunal Bill, the proposed legislation on setting up of tribunals exclusively for the purpose of arbitrating on all education-related disputes has been cleared. The proposed bill also contains provisions to make accreditation mandatory for all educational institutes.
