Wyoming Governor Dave Freudenthal today transmitted the following memorandum and proposed resolution on state sovereignty to the Wyoming Legislature's Management Council.

Governor Dave has joined Colin Simpson in efforts to pass a sovereignty resolution during the next session of the Wyoming legislature in February. This resolution demands that the federal government stay within the limits of authority granted it in the constitution.
