In 1986 at Sharjah, from the moments of Australasia Cup Final, Chetan Sharma he made an hat-trick in World Cup, came to bowl when the Pakistan needed four runs from it. He bowled a low fultoss, but Javed Miandad hitted that bowl for a six and an excellent victory to Pakistan over India. That moment made Miandad as hero and at the same time Chetan as a Villain too.
