As the processes in HTML 5 & CSS3 working groups move forward everyday, it is getting much more clear that new standards are not too far. There are lots of new tutorials, resources being created on HTML 5 / CSS3 including cheat sheets which are very functional helpers for anyone willing to code with these standards.

W3C announced new levels of support today for Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), the language for adding style to Web content. W3C released an update to the core CSS standard, CSS 2.1, to reflect the current state of support for CSS features, and to serve as the stable foundation for future extensions.
