EQ-5D utility calculator for SF-12 values and ICD-9 codes - 0 views

    These are MDM web-based resources based on US population analyses by Sullivan et al 2006. The ICD-9 calculator produces figures based on age, gender, race, income and occupation. The SF-12 converter is based on MCS and PCS and also produces a standard error.

    I think the two most useful things within this are the inequality measures - with a nice introductory presentation on what Lorenz curves and Gini coefficients are, and the life tables (including standard errors, which are not available in the standard GAD tables which are also bookmarked)
