Google hangouts are a great way to meet new people, but, what if you can't find any public hangouts? Hangout Canopy solves this problem, by watching your friend's public activity and sending all public hangouts back to us.
Anyone running Hangout Canopy will see them in the extension window. Our extension also lists hangouts from your circles that aren't public, which will not be shared. Now you can always be meeting new and interesting people.

The Google+ PowerApp lets you add a person to your circles right inside your emails. The app shows you a short summary of the particular user associated with that email, and lets you check off which circles you'd like them to be added to.
