Well if you haven't heard there's a new search engine that just moved in down the block and it's taunting the most indexed web pages (120 billion, 3x more than others) and a new way to display search results. From the company: Cuil (pronounced COOL) provides organized and relevant results based on Web page content analysis. The search engine goes beyond today's search techniques of link analysis and traffic ranking to analyze the context of each page and the concepts behind each query. It then organizes similar search results into groups and sorts them by category.

Cette initiative à saluer, basée sur l'application PStart (que nous mentionnons dans notre dossier sur les applications portables ), vous permettra d'utiliser sans installation aucune et sur n'importe quel PC des logiciels comme (liste non exhaustive) : - Gimp - PhotoFiltre - Scribus - Firefox - FileZilla Vous trouverez aussi un service pour uploader vos fichiers sur Flicker, ainsi qu'un répertoire pour stocker toutes vos créations. Disponible en français, cette compilation est néanmoins en version beta, soyez donc attentifs aux éventuels bugs !

This week's chapter of The Novel of Life takes us to Madrid, Spain, where Lethe Bashar follows a street up to the top of a hill and discovers a small gathering of festive Spaniards.
