I always love reading Jason Graham's blog - it is rich with shared learning experiences, and about students (he teaches 6 year olds!) connecting, collaborating and co-creating.

Australia/Sydney-based award winning educator, Chris Betcher, talks about the long-term advantages for students of connecting and collaborating globally. He includes footage from his students today who worked on global projects over 10 years ago and the impact this had on their lives and future careers. The AAS students are doing an excellent job (many of them) leaving comments on their edits, this is something that all Flat Classroom teachers should work towards. My compliments.

I met Jutta Treviranus from the FLOE project. This is about creating open resources that are translatable, move from place to place, can be modified and made accessible to everyone. It is has tools that will make your content accessible for all learners. If you're making free content, you'll want to go to this website and look at their tools to help make your content accessible to everyone. This is great because it can help translate into other languages for the content we're creating for Flat Classroom.
