Agreed. Paying teachers to participate would probably help. He also has 10 different teachers who have been trained via PLP and are in a position to hold the workshops. Not sure what the trainers get paid per workshop.

Agreed-The Karliner flying solo model doesn't work. Any move toward institutionalizing training is good by me. Assuming the training is created/supported by the tech dept and a team of trained students.
I like how this article positions technology as supporting the educational mission: "if you haven't yet developed a clear and convincing vision, any money that you spend is going to be wasted!"
