Living in the Midlands of England, I get to live on the edge of the lovely countryside whilst being able to hop on a train to cities such as London, Birmingham and Manchester. I started this blog in July 2009 as a general expression of all things 'me' but I soon found it taking a fashion and style direction. I'm a major art geek and hope to make a career selling my paintings and taking portrait commissions. I'm a little obsessed with hydrangeas, The Phantom of the Opera and Hello Kitty. I adore my cute little guinea pigs: Vuitton and Dior. I'd say icing is my favourite food, accompanied by buttercream and perhaps a little cake, and I have an addiction to collecting craft supplies such as ribbons and sparkly gems. I was a columnist at British Style Bloggers from September 2009 to March 2012 and was an editor of the Links à la Mode for Independent Fashion Bloggers from July 2010 to February 2011. I started Florrie's Art Spot in June 2011 as a separate blogging project on Tumblr.

I'm Kaelah and this is my little corner of the internets. I am a lover of bulldogs, bubble baths, road trips, dresses with pockets, and adventure. I'm a 24 year old recent college grad with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and I'm living my small business dream. I just opened up a mobile retail shoppe called Honeybean and my heart has never been so full! I bartend on the weekends and design away during the week. I live in a quaint cream colored cottage in East Nashville with my handsome photographer fiance, Mike, and our two fat bulldogs (and a fuzzy cat), and as of February 2012, my sweet little toddler step son. When I'm not perusing the interweb for all things magical you can probably find me at the puppy park or tattoo shop. After two whirlwind summers spent in the art department at BUST magazine in NYC, I am calling Nashville home (until we find our dream home/town to settle down in!).

Hi Everyone! Thank you for visiting jenloveskev! This blog has been around since 2006 when Kev and I got married and moved to Hawaii. Over the years it has documents our adventures in married life as we have moved around and gone through some major life changes. Last June I left my High School Art teaching job to get ready to welcome the birth of our first little one. On September 12th 2010, we welcomed our beautiful daughter Rowan Winter into the world. Life changes but I will always love my family, fashion, cooking and art. Jenloveskev is a place where I document that all.

I have always adored the exploration of art. Art in the form of language, music, pictures, paintings, fashion. I believe our bodies are a blank canvas, and the hues are the garments we wear. Now I've created a blog where I can share daily language, poetry, musings, and photographs. I created flying a kite in January 2009. Since then, I have gained so much spirit and so much love! In September 2009, I was invited to New York for a fashion blogger conference. It was the most exceptional thing I've ever been a part of.     Also, To my delight(and surprise) I've been featured in magazines, fashion blogs, and wonderful online communities.
