  • Visit DocX's Inbox to view/download received documents
  • DocX format will preserve text color and highlighting
  • select "DocX" format
  • add the intended user to your connections
  • notify the user to add you to their connections list as well
  • Each delivery is only "active" for 7 days
  • Deleting an item from the outbox when the recipient has not retrieved the item effectively cancels the delivery: the document is no longer available to the recipient.
