This place is a wonderful way for students to have a "hands-on" experience with history. A field trip to the museum (or even offering extra credit to students who choose to venture here on their own) would be an excellent way for students to connect the classroom with reality.
This is a really great way for teachers (particularly within CMS) to stay connected with one another. It keeps them up to date on thier curriculum and new ways to teach it. I think if each school district had something like this, the educations system in our country would be excellent.
