Pakistan wrote to UNSC President Anatolio Ndong Mba a day after the powerful UN body named Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) in a statement condemning the "heinous" Pulwama attack perpetrated by the terror outfit in Jammu & Kashmir.
