In the death of Apple executive Vivek Tiwari, a fresh FIR was registered on Sunday accusing constable Prashant Chowdhary of putting the nozzle of his pistol on the windshield and firing at the deceased. The new FIR also alleges Sana Khan, Vivek's colleague, wasn't allowed to receive or make calls.

दिल्ली के करोलबाग स्थित अर्पित होटल में मंगलवार तड़के भीषण आग लग गई। आग की लपटों में आने से नौ लोगों की मौत हो गई। मृतकों में एक बच्चा भी शामिल है। होटल में फंसे 25 लोगों को सुरक्षित निकाल लिया गया है। सूचना मिलते ही 30 दमकल वाहन मौके पर पहुंचे और आग पर काबू पाने की कोशिश में लग गए। राहत और बचाव कार्य पूरा हो गया है। आग के कारणों का खुलासा नहीं हुआ है।

A woman was killed and another youth was injured in Kashmir's Pulwama on Wednesday after terrorists opened fire. अब भारत में भी अमेरिका की तर्ज पर सिंगल इमरजेंसी हेल्पलाइन नंबर होगा। देश में आज सिंगल इमरजेंसी हेल्पलाइन नंबर 112 लॉन्च किया जाएगा। इसके बाद सभी इमरजेंसी सेवाएं जैसे पुलिस (100), फायर ब्रिगेड (101), एंबुलेंस (102), महिला सुरक्षा (1090) आदि इसी हेल्पलाइन के तहत आ जाएंगी। यानी इन सभी सेवाओं से 112 नंबर के जरिए संपर्क किया जा सकता है। यह अमेरिका में इमरजेंसी हेल्पलाइन 911 की तर्ज पर शुरू की जा रही है।
