" Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the highest sounding cymbals. Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord. " - Psalm 150: 1-5, The Bible To break the monotony, even though I am engaged into freelancing services I want to go back to my first love which is tourism, culture, and the arts. I know you may be expecting a post about freelancing, corporate setting, and the likes. But I want to feature something different. In this post I want to delve into the various expressions of different major festivals in the country with a highlight to my hometown's very own festival, the Tanda Festival celebrated every 15th of May during our town's fiesta celebration. We will also be looking into the other festivals in the country such as; the Sinulog Festival of Cebu City, Pahiyas Festival of Quezon Province, Kaamulan Festival of Bukidnon, Ube Festival of Southern Bohol, and Kadayawan Festival of Davao City. We will also look into how massive commercialism, digital transformation, and tourism development took a festival's essence to different level. We will also look on how we can create our own festival at a personal level as means of personal celebration. Join me as we embark into a journey in the Philippines taking a closer look into their societies through their festivals. By nature man and his search for the truth wanted to breathe meaning, give life and pay homage and reverence to his deeper truths in life. Man by nature is a celebrating nature.Celebrations are a way of marking milestones in life, commemorating an event may it be jubilant, melancholic, or victorious. So the question lies o

Howl's Moving Castle [Japan][Blu-ray] - 0 views

  •
Product Details * Directors: Hayao Miyazaki * Language: English (Dolby Digital 5.1), French (Dolby Digital 5.1), Japanese (PCM) * Subtitles: Japanese, English, French, German, Italian, Korean, Chinese * Region: Region A/1 (Read more about DVD/Blu-ray formats.) * Aspect Ratio: 1.78:1 * Number of discs: 1 * Rated: G (General Audience) * Run Time: 119 minutes Though 'Howl's Moving Castle' ('Hauru-no Ugoku Shiro') may not be Miyazaki's best film, it is still far more enjoyable than many other films, Japanese or American, animated or not. I for one very much enjoyed watching it, and I love the film for its interesting characters and the rich textures of the designs, especially the fantasy world itself where witchcraft and humans' mundane works can be seen side by side. And the titular six-legged castle that really walks among the wilderness is something you never see except in his films. Miyazaki's new film is based on a book of the same title written by Diana Wynne Jones. The film's story is told from the viewpoint of a 18-year-old girl Sophie, who is working at a milliner's shop every day. But she can hear the sound of bloody battles from the distance, and it is clear that this beautiful country, where witches and wizards live among humans, is going to see another war sooner or later. But apparently Sophie is still leading an ordianary life until her uneventful routine days are suddenly broken by one accidental meeting with wicked 'Witch of the Waste,' who turns her into an old woman with a curse. Seeking for her place to live, Sophie goes to the wilderness where, the townspeople say, a young wizard named Howl wanders. In fact, Sophie encounters Howl's Moving Castle in the foggy moutainside, and she decides to hop in. There, forbidden to talk about her curse, she starts a new life with young and handsome Howl, who speaks to her kindly like a prince, but at times acts like a spoiled child. [MIYAZAKI'S LOVE ST

And day by day the case is getting complicated; post Jiah's last note surfacing, police is fully suspicious about her beau Suraj Pancholi being the prime reason behind the girl to have taken such a step. Surprisingly, it has been reported by Jiah's mom that Salman Khan, who is mentoring Suraj, had asked him to part ways with Jiah. Do you think the Dabangg Khan might have done so? Book my show animation video - 0 views

  •
When BookMyShow came to us for an internal communication video, we were very excited for the opportunity. But when we heard the deadline was 7 days from concept to delivery, we said to ourselves 'Boy! This is gonna be tough one.' Nonetheless, we got onto the job. They wanted a fun on boarding video which would showcase the culture an atmosphere at BMS and that is what we aimed to give. We took a slightly quirky approach of taking the talking heads and then attaching animated bodies to it to show BMS is a fun place to be and they appreciate ingenuity. And the results are in front of you. Everything in this video from concept to design to animation to the final delivery was done in a span of 7 days. Tough work, but one which we are proud of. Hope you enjoy it.
