    This article is interesting because it is about how China has taken away legal rights from it's citizens. The topic was brought up when a lady, Tang Hui, who was tossed into a "reeducating by labor" camp for advocating for her daughter, that was raped and sold into a prostitution ring. Tang Hui was just standing up for her daughter's rights by raising her voice when the accused were not given a just sentence for their crimes.

    There is an organization in Illinois that stands up for smokers in that state. Some think that by banning smoking in some bars and resturants will hurt the business not help. Garnet Scheuer, chair person, believes that it should be up to the private business owners to decide whether they should have smoking allowed in their establishment not the state itself. He believes that there is no difference between a smoker and non smoker rights. A smoker should have the same rights!
