Many states have requested permission to secede from the United States since Barack Obama's second term. This is interesting to see the legality of these requests.

Americans are guaranteed by the second amendment the right to keep and bear arms. I find this a very importand right to protect my family and suroundings.

This article talks about a doctor who assisted a patient to release lethal drugs in her body in attempt for suicide. However, the doctor was tried for second degree murder and was sentenced to jail for nine years. The judge refused to hear arguments from the patient's family.

These is a great topic in my opinion. You hear so many people talk about how they have stop smoking to avoid getting sick in the future. I think its great that smoking is banned from many public places, because like they say second smoke has the same affect as if you where the smoker. I see that more and more people prefer non smoking hotel rooms, bars, restaurants etc its a better choose for are health. And like the article mentions of not hiring smokers.

This topic is debatable about whether or not the smoking law is agaist our personal freedom act.

This article states why smoking in public was banned. Though, having the choice to smoke when and where you want is a personal freedom that has been taken away. There are seperate sections of buildings when smoking was allowed. If you don't like it, choose not to do it.

Also what is more interesting is that depending on the situation people are hesitate to allow the second amendment to pass during tough times like during the panthers era or the wild west.This article just makes you think why is there pendulum for strict gun restriction in one decade and no strict gun control in this decade. For instance, because of the sandy hook elementary shooting are we more afraid of this situation to happen again so we keep our guns tighter in our pockets or do we allow the government to handle this for us?

This article talks about the three steps of possible repercaucions on getting a dui. Throughout reading this article i personally think drinking and driving is iresponcible and i do not condone it. If you make that decision you should not be allowed to drink, I believe if you get a dui, there can be mistakes or mess ups. But if you get a second dui you should not be allowed to drive, becasue you clearly can't make the right decisions, period.

I don't agree with the "second hand that follows" with this law of racial profiling. But then again profiling is part of law enforcements job. There is nothing wrong for a police officier just asking for a citizenship card, green card, visa, or regular identification, if suspected. But if it goes further then i think that it is wrong.

Illegal gun trafficking and poor background checks are what American's who want to "ban" our second amendment should be looking into. There has been a great deal of public shootings and many have blamed the guns for doing the killing. When in fact, all guns that are involved in these shooting and many crimes, are illegal, or not registered.
