There is an organization in Illinois that stands up for smokers in that state. Some think that by banning smoking in some bars and resturants will hurt the business not help. Garnet Scheuer, chair person, believes that it should be up to the private business owners to decide whether they should have smoking allowed in their establishment not the state itself. He believes that there is no difference between a smoker and non smoker rights. A smoker should have the same rights!

We have all seen people using their cell phones while driving, whether it be talking on them or texting. Several states have passed laws to ban using cell phones while driving knowing those who do so are at a higher risk for causing or being in an accident.
