Freedom of religion, as guaranteed by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, involves two important components. As much as i feel the constitution is outdated and is failing and we should create a new version of it using modern ways of living and looking at the world, the second amendment is something that should stay. The biggest argument I can think of is, if you take the guns away, the law abiding citizens will hand them in leaving the criminals with them still and leaving everyone unarmed.
