      Whenever I cover PowerPoint presentations with my elementary kids in computer lab, I have always felt "limited" with the choices that I'm given within the program itself. I tend to use the same background each year, because not many appeal to me personally.     Students are able to go back in and recreate their avatars (which are little monsters). You can give points for participation, teamwork, working hard, being on task, etc... and take away points for being disrespectful, not doing homework, etc. A useful tool that is both a website and an app. Currently free to use - but if you're not already signed up, they are going to start charging for it next school year (I suggest sign up!).

    If you love to use Google Earth with your students, then you will love this website. Google Earth is taken to a new level as you are able to drive through and over the cities and features of the world. My students love playing this game. It gives them a virtual 3D image of famous places like Mount Everest, the Leaning Tower, Magic Kingdom and many more.
