SAT refers to Scholastic Aptitude Test and it is an aptitude test to evaluate the intellectual abilities and thinking capabilities of the students at various levels of reading, writing and logical reasoning. The test is a measure to calculate the intelligence of a student by scoring on correctness of the various questions on Mathematical Problems and English Language. The test scores act as basis for admission in various college schools and the test is a way to test your knowledge so that the students can measure the intelligence of all students on a same scale.
The administrating council for the SAT test is the Educational Testing Service (ETS).
* The test comprises of three sections i.e. the Critical Reading, Mathematics and Writing sections.
