Once you have enrolled in the CNA training course, you will find that your time is divided between classroom and laboratory tests, and real-world clinical experience. In the classroom and laboratory environment, you'll be learning the skills and information necessary to care for your patients. You will also be practicing the skills, in the laboratory environment, that mimics a real hospital environment, where you will be getting feedback from your instructor on how well you performing the skills. All this education, leads up to the clinical portion of your class, where you'll be working in a hospital or nursing home in caring for real patients. During this time you'll still be supervised by a registered nurse or your instructor, and will be recording your performance in providing feedback to you.
