This Infographic demonstrate the technologies that are being used by the students. The facts are not surprising, but interesting! They are totally Technology lovers! :)

Approximately 95% of my students use Facebook to contact me. We have an own group to share schedules, news or assignments. I think the rate is relatively higher due to students' lack of communication to concerning school staff.

This infographic remind me inequality in turkish education system. Because the students stated that their laptops are the most important items which is not common in Turkey.

Is this new style of teaching a more efficient way of educating today's students?

I've never come across with AR use with young learners till this video. I have always thought that AR is more suitable for adult learners, but this video showed me how to integrate a complex -hi-tech app into young learner teaching setting. Thanks Melike!

Very interesting indeed! It would be helpful if the author illustrated further the data analysis process, including coding. One challenge working with self-report data is that it's self reported. It's important to add more direct data sources for triangulation purpose, analyses of documents, e.g., lesson plans, in this particular case with preservice teachers. I would recommend observations. In fact, Evrim and I have been working with a few colleagues on an observation study among exemplary teachers with technology integration with the goal to visualize TPACK. That's one of the focuses in my dissertation. I designed a TPAKC-in-Action model to guide the CALL teacher education workshops and conducted them with inservice English teachers in Taiwan. After completed those workshops, I went to teachers' classrooms and observe their teaching. There have been some interesting and amazing findings and results! Will share more with everyone in June. This is the video about Punya Mishra as a keynote speaker at 21st century learning conference in Hong Kong in 2012. There is an interesting point in his speech that we use email for different purposes such as to remember things, to store something and so on. However, email was not designed for those purposes. We created those uses. Technology usage is a little connected with creativity.

How to Use Anatomy 4D: To get started, print any of the images from the "Target Library" inside the app, accessible from the Main Menu. Once printed, place the image on any flat surface, scan the image with your device and watch your 4D Experience come to life.

The results of the current study show that teachers involved in Fatih Project were especially content with being able to make their lessons visually more appealing for their students. They were, however, not satisfied with the in-service training provided, especially in understanding ways to effectively integrate the technologies into their teaching, and the limitations put upon Internet access from the tablets. The impacts of these tools on their teaching practices were very minimal.
