I love this teacher's idea of a reward system. They get punch cards (kind of like some restraunts have) and once they get X number of punches for each card they get a prize.

This is another helpful website. Even though I will be teaching Physical Education I still have to accomodate to the students who have special needs.

I think this is another great website on assessments. Especially when teaching elementary students who may not understand what that means, some of these ideas will help them to understand on what we the teachers are asking them to do. I would make it fun so that they don't see it as a bad thing.

This site has everything a teacher needs. There are lesson plans on multiple subjects, ideas for bulletin boards, and even a place for discussion and collaboration. This will be a very useful tool when in need of resources or advice from other professionals.

This website not only offers tutorials on how to use one of these interactive white boards but also suggests games and activities that the teacher can introduce to their classroom. No matter what grade level, whether it is elementary, middle, or high school this website has ideas for the teacher.

What was really neat about this site is it not only gave ideas on how to introduce technology in the classroom, but took it a step further. This website stressed the point that not every student learns the same "diverse learners" and gave multiple ideas such as, audio, visual, software, etc to help implement technology when in the classroom.

This site used both the pros and the cons for using computers in preschool. It is super interesting for us to see that with students in preschool it could help them progress but it could also hurt them when it comes to physical activity.

Such a great blog that talks a lot about the great outcomes from using Ipads in the elementary school classroom. For those of us who don't own an Ipad it is definitely an interesting read!

This is a great site for classroom management tips. It is important for Special Education teachers to have a lot of tricks up our sleeves for managing behavior.

I think this website is especially useful because not only does it show resources for different subjects, it also has information for Spanish, and RTI resources for special education teachers.

This website has a variety of links ranging from lesson plans to projects for students. A teacher is able to select the grade level and the topic that they would like to explore. One interesting link that I saw was suggestions to introduce Earth Day in the classroom.

When I was browsing this website I found that it offered many unique ways to introduce colors to the classroom. This site has an art exhibit which allows students to explore various artwork. Also, another link allows teachers to create certificates for awards when good behavior is shown.

I was very impressed with this website and its ideas for encouraging students to read. This site offered ideas for teachers to get parents, students, and even grandparents involved in the classroom and education. It also recommended activities and books for students.

This site is great. It links you to other technology sites for all of your classroom needs.
