I think this website is great because not only are there resources for all grades and subjects, but also there is a tab that has different methods and theories that teachers can incorporate into their teaching-style.
This site requires subscription, but would be very helpful. It has movies on all kinds of topics (adaptations of books, documentaries, etc.) Even has worksheets that go along with the movies.
Another smart board website, but this one offers lesson plans for nearly any subject. I found one on the "Lost Colony" from ECU that was geared towards younger students and looked great.
