This site offers a checklist for teachers who are new to project based learning or are evaluating their own projects.

The purpose of this site is to create checklists for multimedia projects, oral presentations, written reports, and science projects. The checklists allow students to stay on track and take responsibility for their learning. This site has templates for writing, multimedia, science, and oral presentations. The site allows users to create their own items or use items the website provides for checklists. Each page has specific instructions and allows for the user to save their created checklist. It is a very user friendly site for simple creation of a variety of checklists.

This site is at the generative cognitive level, as it requires users to construct their own criteria for assessing a multimedia product. It is an effective tool for creating a simple checklist, or rubric, that provides an assessment tool and a criteria document for students. The site features tools for different subjects, and there are links to multimedia checklist tools at 3 different age ranges.

This is a resource for training coordinators, curriculum developers and trainers. Under the heading of "Training Coordination are the topics of Pre-Training Planning, Forms and Checklists and Preceptorship. On the Pre-Training page are numerous links to resources for setting up the pre-training phase.

An essential part to PD is establishing relevance to what happens in the classroom. For many teachers implementing additional strategies to struggling readers or ELLs may seem overwhelming. Many teachers may already be using ESOL strategies in the classroom and may not even know it! Using this list of reading activities as a primer for background knowledge for some and a pre-training activity for others will help teachers realize that many ESOL strategies are just good educational practice. The Reading Resource is a clearinghouse of effective strategies for reading and although it is a bit difficult to navigate, it has a lot of resources for teachers from all educational levels.

This site provides a comprehensive list of Checkpoints for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0. This site was better than others, because the list was typed in a cohesive manner without extraneous graphics and material on the page. This list is for websites, but the concepts can be applied to multimedia workshops and presentations.

This is a good teacher resource to help organize thoughts for a problem based learning activity. I chose this site among others because it makes more sense to be consistent and clear about the task and then let the user decide what multimedia effect could be used to help design the solution.
