The Rockford Files is an American TV drama series that  revolves around Jim, who's an ex-convict that been prisoner for five years in San Quentin, as accused of armed robbery which he did not commit ever seen - but pardoned. As part of his parole he used to work with his brother-in-law who owns a newspaper company in Los Angeles.
