Duckpond Neighborhood just 4 Miles from Gainesville College

The Duckpond Neighborhood, now with 8 completed subdivisions covering an area of 1 mile x ½ mile, was Gainesville's first neighborhood, first laid out in the 1870's. It is considered to be "adjacent" to downtown Gainesville, about 4 miles from our Gainesville college student housing.
