    This is an amazing find!!!! Thank you so much for sharing, I'm really interested in using these tools especially formative and versal. I would love to use these tools daily and have a technology based classroom but I feel like so many (public) schools are unable to provide computers/laptops/chromebooks/tablets for students on a daily basis so I'm trying to navigate the middle ground - does anyone else feel this way?

      I did as well!  I cannot believe how long I have gone without making my drives to work or runs an opportunity to successfully multitask.  One of my long-time excuses for not getting into social media that I don't "have enough time."  I have not wanted to add more screen time to my day (in order to stay on top of social media.)  Podcasts have changed that completely.

      I feel the same way.  Throughout this quarter, I have gone back and forth about what I believe appropriate use of social media looks and sounds like for children under middle school age. -M Hayden

      This is a current struggle of mine: I have set up my feedly and kept my twitter for professional use only, but things are not organized as they should be.  I need to dedicate an afternoon to tightening them up, so I will be more likely to check in with them regularly.

       Your comment took me back to another article I read about how today's young people's brains have been completely rewired and almost programmed to be receptive to technology. But your concern as to how to behave in a parentally responsible way with regard to when and how to introduce your young child to technology made me also recall earlier articles I read about the many tech-employed parents working in Silicon Valley and how they have elected not to expose their preschool and elementary children to technology and social media because these, they believe, " inhibit creative thinking, movement, human interaction and attention spans."     Ever since I was a kid, I loathed back to school commercials. They always showed parents gleefully skipping through aisles of pencils and notebooks as the kids, sullen and dejected, sluggishly followed along. It's a scene we are all too familiar with, and one that creates a negative stigma around school.
