    So what I didn't mention in this post (spoilers for The Descent) was that at the end of our trip into the Deep Roads the ancient rock wraith kicked my ass, because I'm not used to playing a warrior and was in any case far more interested in taking pictures of the scenery than actually fighting it.

    I was lucky enough to have a Hawke who was about to enter the Deep Roads when The Descent came out, and boy, am I glad of it now. So.A fairly common complaint about DA2′s lore-compliance, up until this point, has been this:"All the lyrium in Kirkwall is red!"
