  • 1、不爱喝水 　　大部分男人对喝水都没多大兴趣，甚至不觉得它重要，但其实这样很容易造成身体上的重大伤害。我们体内新陈代谢的废物主要是由肝脏和肾脏处理，仅占人体体重1%的肾脏却要接受全身1/4的心输出量，每分钟会有1-2公升的血液经过肾脏，因此，肾脏接受的废物远远多于其他脏腑器官。肾脏最重要的是负责调解人体内水分和电解质的平衡，代谢生理活动所产生的废物，并排于尿中，但在其进行这些功能的时候，需要足够的水分来进行辅助。 　　解决方法：多喝水 　　养成多喝水的习惯可以冲淡尿液，让尿液快速排出，不仅能预防结石，摄食太多盐时也有利于尿液变淡，从而保护肾脏。
  • 2、爱喝啤酒 　　如果已经患了肾脏方面的疾病，又无限制地大量喝啤酒，会使尿酸沉积导致肾小管阻塞，造成肾脏衰竭。 　　解决方法：每年验尿 　　如果在验血的时候，发现肾脏有问题，恐怕肾功能此时已经受损不轻了，与其等验血来了解肾脏，还不如平时就定期进行尿检，因为验尿是了解肾脏最为简便快捷的方法。
  • 3、不当食用蔬菜水果 　　多吃蔬菜水果有益健康，这是一般人的观念，不过对于有慢性肾功能障碍的人来说，蔬菜水果这些平常被认为有助天然降血压的食物中含高钾成分，长期食用反而会造成他们肾功能的破坏。其实对肾功能不佳的人来说，钾也是会加重肾脏做工的成分，对肾的伤害很大。 　　解决方法：科学食用蔬果 　　如果患有慢性肾功能障碍，就应该注意适当食用蔬果，避免对肾脏造成影响。不喝太浓的蔬果汁、火锅汤、菜汤，饮食以清淡为宜。

  • 4、用饮料代替开水 　　大部分男人都不爱白开水的平淡无味，相比之下，汽水、可乐等碳酸饮料或咖啡等饮品理所当然地成为了白开水的最佳替代者。但是，这些饮料中所含的咖啡因，往往会导致血压上升，而血压过高，就是伤肾的重要因素之一。 　　解决方法：少喝饮料，多喝开水 　　尽量避免过多地喝饮料，以白开水取而代之，保持每天饮用8大杯白水以促进体内毒素及时排出。
  • 5、吃太多肉 　　美国食品协会曾经建议，人类每天每公斤体重的蛋白质摄取量为0.8克，也就是说一个体重50公斤的人，每天只能摄入40克蛋白质，因此一天也不能吃多余300克的肉，从而避免对肾脏造成太大的伤害。 　　解决方法：食用适量蛋白质 　　如果尿中发现有尿蛋白，又吃了太多肉类，长期如此会使肾功能受到损害。每餐肉类和豆制品的摄入量应控制在手掌大小约0、5公分厚度，如果有慢性肾炎的人，这个量应该再减少。
  • 6、滥服止痛药 　　有研究表明，长期服用混合性的止痛药，人体的血流速度会被迫降低，因此将严重影响肾脏的功能。此外，值得注意的是，止痛药引起的肾衰竭患者也比较容易发生膀胱癌。 　　解决方法：不要长期服用止痛药 　　不管服用哪种止痛药，都只适合偶尔服用，绝对不能长期服用，如果长期需要依赖止痛药，就必须就医做彻底检查。
  • 7、吃太多盐 　　盐，就是让肾负担加重的重要元凶。我们饮食中的盐分95%是由肾脏代谢掉的，摄入得太多，肾脏的负担就被迫加重了，再加上盐中的钠会导致人体水分不易排出，又进一步加重肾脏的负担，从而导致了肾脏功能的减退。 　　解决方法：控制盐的摄入量 　　科学的每天摄盐量应该控制在6克以内，而其中有3克可以直接从日常食物中获得，因此，食物调味时应该保持在3-5克以内。值得注意的是，方便面中的盐分特别多，经常吃的人最好减量食用。
  • 8、压力太大造成血压升高 　　血压过高，已经成为对现代人健康的一大威胁，很大一部分是因为生活工作压力过大造成，从而间接地影响到肾脏的正常运作。压力大常见的症状就是失眠，男性的血压平均比女性高出5-10毫米汞柱，而失眠平均会造成血压升高2-5毫米汞柱。 　　解决方法：关注自己的血压 　　年轻人一般很难发现自己的高血压情况，因此不管年龄多大，最好每隔一段时间就进行一次血压测量，并且预防熬夜及压力过大使血压升高。
  • 9、食用来路不明的药食 　　因为食用蛇胆或草鱼胆等奇特食物而引发急性肾衰竭的情况屡见不鲜，许多人都是因为一时好奇，甚至盲目服用中药来壮阳。其实很多中药里都含有马兜铃酸等肾毒性的成分，不仅会给肾脏带来巨大的伤害，有的甚至会对全身造成危。 　　解决方法：不冒险饮食 　　鱼胆或蛇胆虽然常常被宣称具有壮阳、可以清热解毒或治疗青春痘的疗效，但即使是中药用的鱼胆或蛇胆，都必须经过特殊炮制才能清楚它的毒性，切勿盲目服食。
