    Hi Phil, Not sure if you want to use the environment or sustainability as theme, but Caretakers of the Environment International (CEI) partners are often seeking ongoing collaboration with environmental projects that students can share. It might take some digging, but I suggest going to http://www.caretakers4all.org, click on some of the national branch links and try connecting with people.
