In that way, the house looks to the fantastic views of lakes and green extensions that spread over the common areas of the estate. The structure’s house is based on game of two rectangular volumes. They are solving with clean finishes, good materials and exclusive qualities. The verandas and the pergolas, elements as volumetric as the housing, give personality to the facade. The covering as such disappears turning into a flat roof as expression of the evolution of the creative process. The forms purity moves to the constructive scheme, to the materials and to the environment impelling the union between the building and the context where it is located. The housing, of 800m2 of surface, develops in a height. The principal access adapts itself to an area of average slope.Inside the following stays are located: foyer, room of kitchen is, dining room, office, larder, a cleaning of courteousness, seven bedrooms (with his respective baths, two dressing-rooms and a patio. In the later part, across big large windows, there is lounge that is opened for the garden, the swimming pool and for the natural scenery that offers the urban development. It surrounds itself with a landscaping realized with attractive interventions composed by lakes, birds and a big arboreal extension. In the exterior the pedestrian ways and the central landscaped area incorporate a vegetation of indigenous character, resistant to the climate of the area. The stockades of every plot and the trees and shrubs planted along the same ones, they delimit perfectly the transit between the private ownership and the community one. Pizza Toy is the best gift for kids. So, I will start with the good. It is a huge and very durable floatie that is EXTREMELY comfortable. My whole family used it at the lake from the smallest in our family weighing about 60 pounds and the largest weighing almost 290 pounds with absolutely no issues. It did not lose air or anything. We had pumped it up days before using an air mattress pump and it kept its shape even after I used it to float down the Deschutes River in Bend, OR for a few hours (I also got stuck on a rock right below the water in the river and stayed there on the pizza float as I listened to the Slightly Stoopid concert going on at the Amphitheater for about an hour) and still did not feel the floatie lost any air. The crust on the pizza makes an excellent head pillow whilst floating and the toppings look cute as heck. The only real complaint I have is that it was very hard to try to paddle if you float in a river or lake and need to redirect yourself. This is just due to the size and general shape-with the top crust area being the biggest end. Also for some reason, the little plastic part that pops out to inflate the greater part of the pizza was defective and sticks out from the float itself. It looked half-way open when we got back home, and although it did not lose any air, it looks like it could fail at any time by opening up. The other issue I had with the floatie is that the pepperoni could be more red LOL. It currently has a burgundy/brown color. I would buy more if they weren't so expensive. It would be cool to connect them together since the bungee cords are quite durable.

Trampoline Sprinkler is the best product. With all the pools closed,is was on me to rescue the day with some way to keep the kids cool and occupied during the summer. I was tired of holding the sprayer over the kids while they jumped on the trampoline, so went online to find a way to rest my weary arms. Most of the trampoline sprinklers were the plastic hose type dealies that go around the net, but reviews, even for the higher-rated ones, were all subpar. Most seemed to leak right from the get-go, and they all included the same basic premise - made in China hose that you zip tie to the frame and connect to water. $35 for this? No thanks. Thankfully, the waterwheel made its way into my search and I could not be happier. Right out of the box, the materials seem well-made and not easily breakable. There's no leaking or popping here, because the ingenious idea to use the water to create a centrifugal force completely outdoes the super uninventive idea of attaching a plastic hose to the frame. Installation was literally less than a minute and the kids are already out splashing on the trampoline, all, while I'm sitting comfortably in the AC, 'd house. Cannot recommend the Water Whirl enough! I paid for this item myself and as you can see, this review is mostly grammatically correct, so I'm not someone faking reviews in a basement somewhere.

This water Insulated Water Bottle is amazing! I've had it for about 2 months now, and it hasn't let me down. When I was in the market for a new water bottle, I had a few necessary characteristics in mind: 1)Holds at least 32 ounces - gotta stay hydrated. 2)Holds ice water without condensation - I like my water cold, but I hate those little puddles of condensation. 3)Optional straw - I work a 9 to 5 desk job and my hands spend most of their time on the keyboard, so I like to just set my water bottle down on the desk in front of me and sip the straw. 4)Completely leak proof - I fly for work every week and my water bottle lays horizontally in my backpack under the seat in front of me, so there can't be any leaks. Nalgene water bottles are big enough, but they don't have a straw option and condensate like crazy unless you get a bulky sleeve. Camelbacks offer straws, but I've always had problems with those leaking and opening randomly. I ended up giving this water bottle a try and I LOVE IT! First, it holds plenty of water. Don't listen to that review that says this water bottle is too big for women. I'm a 23-year-old female and easily finish 2 of these bottles daily (80 oz) and sometimes even finish a third (120 oz). Next, it keeps your water COLD. I fill mine up a third of the way with ice every morning before leaving for work, and the ice is still there by the time I go to sleep. I've also filled it up all the way with ice before (just for fun) and the ice was still there 24 hours later. Plus, I've never noticed ANY condensation. Lastly, I've used it daily and I've never noticed ANY leaks. I've laid it horizontally, tipped it upside down, shook it around, everything. No leaks! They give you two tops: one twist-off cap and one straw cap, along with 2 straws and a straw cleaning brush. Ring Light With Stand so lovely. This review is going to be a bit lengthy lol. First of all be prepared to receive absolutely NO instructions with this ring light whatsoever. You literally have to sit there and just play with it to figure out how to expand the tripod, how to snap the filters onto the ring light itself, how to mount the ring light onto the tripod once you've gotten the filters on, how to make sure everything is tightened down once fully assembled and finally, how to use the hot shoe camera and camera phone mounts that come with this set. (I haven't even begun to figure out how to use the Bluetooth remote that came with this set, and while I'm THRILLED this is included, it would be nice to have instructions on how to use it lol). This set includes TWO, I repeat TWO power cords, and one is for use in another country! This is great, but without instructions you'll be sitting there confused for a bit trying to figure out what to do with the darn thing. Very annoying! As far as the ring light itself, it's good. I'm a wig maker so I purchased the ring light to take better pictures of my mannequins wearing my wigs. I've attached 4 pics with this review, 2 pics taken with natural sunlight, and 2 taken with this ring light so you can decide for yourself which looks best. For me there wasn't a ton of difference. Natural sunlight looks just as beautiful as the ring light to be honest. The ring light did create more definition in the HAIR itself, but because of the ring light's brightness I lost definition in the mannequin. This kind of evened things out for me in terms of deciding which lighting, natural or ring light, is best for MY particular needs. I did go ahead and give this ring light 5 stars. Why? Certainly not because of the great instruction manual that came with it (scathing sarcasm). Because of the PRICE. Great assortment of watch bands. The colors: maroon, bright yellow, olive, and navy blue are as pictured. The bands appear to be very good quality with two pegs to secure the band (as opposed to one on the Apple band). Other than that the bands are exactly the same cut and thickness as the Apple band. The bands slide onto the watch and click in place just like the original black band that came with the watch. I have not worn them yet as I just opened the package. The only complaint I have is that piece of the maroon bands arrived damaged. One of the metal ridges that helps the band lock into place has some abrasions on it or something that does not allow me to slide it into the watch. Therefore the maroon band cannot be used unless I return the whole pack and reorder. Kind of a bummer. Overall, I would say this is a good deal and the bands are nicely made to be just like the original. I'll update on wearing and tear as I use them.
