When I was in the classroom, I worked hard to integrate social learning into the day as often as possible. Many teachers claim that they understand the importance of social learning, and that they teach and practice social skills with their students throughout the day.

For years bullying had been thought of as a necessary rite of passage to adulthood. If bullying is a devil's trait, then we as concerned citizens and parents can play protectors. Educating ourselves about how to recognize a serial bully and deal with him is a first step.
